Seller details

Indian e-commerce rules ask every online seller to show these details.

All prices on this website are in Indian rupees and include GST. Every order comes with a GST invoice. Country of origin: India.

Shipping

• Delivery is free on the 3-pack. A single pair has a delivery charge of ₹79.
• We confirm every order on WhatsApp. We dispatch within 1 working day after confirmation, Monday to Saturday.
• Delivery takes 3 to 6 days in big cities and up to 8 days in other areas. Remote pincodes can take longer.
• We ship through courier partners. You get the tracking link on WhatsApp on the day of dispatch.
• If the courier cannot reach your pincode, we tell you before dispatch and refund any payment in full.

Exchange and returns

• Size exchange: message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. The first exchange on an order is free. We collect the pants and send the new size after it reaches us.
• To exchange, the pants must be unworn, unwashed, and have our sticker on it.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund it in full, including delivery charges, at your choice.
• If the size you need is out of stock, we refund that pair instead.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of worn or washed pants, except for defects.

Refunds and cancellation

• Cancel before dispatch: message us on WhatsApp. If you paid by UPI, we refund the full amount.
• After dispatch: a cash-on-delivery order can be refused at the door. A paid order follows the exchange and returns rules above.
• We send refunds to the UPI ID or bank account you paid from, within 5 working days after we approve the refund. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund to a UPI ID or bank account that you give us.

Payments

• Right now you pay cash on delivery. The courier also accepts UPI at the door. To pay before dispatch, ask us on WhatsApp for our business UPI QR.
• We never ask for an OTP, a UPI PIN, a card number or a password. If someone asks for these in our name, do not share them, and tell us on WhatsApp.
• We check every UPI payment against the reference number before we dispatch.

Privacy

• What we collect: your name, mobile number, delivery address, the order, and the UPI reference number if you pay by UPI.
• Why: to deliver your order, to talk to you about it on WhatsApp, to issue the GST invoice, and to handle exchanges.
• Who sees it: our team and the courier partner that delivers your parcel. We do not sell your data.
• Advertising: this website uses the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. It records visits and orders, not your address or phone number. You can turn off ad personalisation in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
• Partners: if you sign up as a partner, we keep your name, WhatsApp number, city, child's size and code, to count your points and send your free pair.
• On your device: this website saves your address in your own browser so that your next order is faster. You can clear it by clearing this website's data in your browser.
• How long we keep it: order records for as long as GST law requires. Everything else, for up to two years after your last order.
• Your rights: ask us on WhatsApp or by email to see, correct or delete your data. We reply within 7 days.

Terms

• By placing an order, you agree to these policies. An order becomes a contract when we confirm it on WhatsApp.
• The children in our photos are AI models. Their pants are made from photos of our real stock. Colours on your screen can look slightly different from the fabric.
• A 3-pack comes in 3 different designs of our choice from this season's range. A single pair comes in a design of our choice.
• Codes: one code per order. A valid code gives ₹100 off a pack of 3. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Partner codes: anyone can sign up at /partner. A partner earns 1 point for each order placed with their code that is delivered and kept. Refused, returned or cancelled orders earn no points, and a partner's own orders earn no points. At 5 points, the partner gets one free pair (worth ₹499), delivered free. Points have no cash value. We can stop a code that is used for spam or misleading claims.
• We can cancel an order with a full refund if a product is out of stock, if a price on the page is clearly wrong, or if we cannot deliver to your pincode.
• These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Chandigarh have jurisdiction.

Contact and grievances

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require. For a faster answer, message us on WhatsApp.
